Courtyard by Marriott Loveland Fort Collins

We recently held our annual leadership meeting at this location. The room size was perfect for us (12) and the location right off I-25 and close to restaurants was ideal. The space was clean, very comfortable (not too cold!), and they provided everything we needed. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond, like opening the bar just a few minutes early so we could have a team toast as part of our wrap up. I cannot recommend it enough!

This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. All the staff we encountered were so kind and accommodating. They printed a document for us and when I lost the backing to my ribbons on my uniform, the front desk staff went in the back and found me one saving the day. Samantha and Jodie who work at the bar were probably the nicest people I’ve ever met. We told them we were in town for a funeral and they gave us a drink on the house and also a coffee in the morning. Truly above and beyond. The room was nice as well. Very clean and comfy. Highly recommend staying here!

I don’t have enough Good things to say about this hotel. It is BEAUTIFUL inside and out. ALL of the staff we dealt with were friendly, professional and always smiling. We stayed 6-4-6-5-2025. We tried a very tasty Espresso Martini and local tap beer that made our night. We sampled the Bistro’s menu options and enjoyed our buffalo chicken wings, fries and my husband loved his flatbread pizza. Tori and Randy were so nice and helpful when it came to deciding what to try. Loved their attitude’s and friendly smiles. The seating area gave a warm ambiance feeling and nice view while we ate. Loved their high back chairs that wrapped around you and made you feel like no one else was around you. The style and decor is inviting and beautiful. Camy greeted us with a smile, professional behavior and friendly attitude. She made sure we had what we needed for our stay. She easily explained everything so we knew where things were, (i.e. the laundry, elevators, ice machines, bar and bistro(and hours) and the dog walking area, etc. The room was Amazing! Very clean, neatly put together and the room was cooled before we got there. The bed was Soooo comfortable and pillows fluffy. The room was arranged very nice and well lit. It had a homey feel to it. We actually got to see wild turkey out our window. Would recommend staying here if you get the chance.

It has a nice little bar and deli to eat from. I stay here because I like that it has a hot tub and a pool. Though it does not have breakfast in the morning that is included with the room. I must say Olivia at the front desk at night is a wonderful service provider and very friendly. The bartender Brent is equally kind and helpful. I like the staff here and it’s a nice stopping off point between Denver and Fort Collins.

Strange location, as others have noted - undeveloped land around it, but also very developed around that? It’s like no one wants to be Courtyard’s neighbor Lots of fog the night I stayed - eerie cool (see photo) - Dec 2025

What a phenomenal space!! WOW!! Excellent location, fancy upscale interior, incredible staff!! Sydney is absolutely amazing!! Definitely check them out for any smaller events, rehearsal dinners, wedding room blocks, if you're in town ect!! Highly recommend!!

Dog-friendly place with 30$ pet fee. No breakfast included. You have to pay 12$ parking fee, and they warn you to take stuff from your car because it may be broken into. There was a person hanging out in front of the motel in the evening when we checked in and in the morning when we checked out. The place looks fancy and of all things most important for us was that the room was very very clean. Even though it's on the expensive side, especially with added parking and pet fee, at least we see what we are paying for. There is a nice park just across the road from the motel.

My wife and I have stayed here twice and we just love it! It is right next to a shopping mall area. So great location. Lots of shopping and food nearby. Rooms are great and service at the hotel bar is fantastic. Both times we had different bartenders but they have always been so much fun and great to talk to and made some custom craft drinks. Hot tub is nice too and the pool acted like a cold plunge LOL so that was refreshing.
